The duo surprised fans with a duet performance of Gomez's 2016 hit "Hands to Myself, [4]" and — naturally — they lost their sh*t. (Side note, can we discuss Gomez's black sequined jumpsuit [5]? Talk about dazzling!)
After the performance, Gomez gushed over her friendship with Swift [6]. "The reason why she has been one of my best friends is because this person has never, ever judged a single decision I've made," the 25-year-old reportedly told the crowd [7]. "But honestly, thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting someone that I know that is the most beautiful, strong, independent woman I've ever met. So thank you for supporting my best friend." Cue the tears!
