Tom Cruise to Play Les Grossman In a Movie About the Character 2010-06-08 05:30:00

Would You Watch a Les Grossman Movie?

Aziz Ansari may have been the host of this year's MTV Movie Awards, but the night belonged to Les Grossman. We watched the Tom Cruise character dance with Jennifer Lopez and berate Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, and we could be seeing a whole lot more of him — he may be getting his own movie. Speaking to reporters backstage, Cruise revealed his plans for a big screen Grossman project, saying, "Yup, we're working on it."

This really doesn't surprise me since the character seems to be hit, but I'm wondering if I'll like an entire two hours with the loud, abrasive personality. He stole many a scene in Tropic Thunder, but perhaps he's better left as a cameo. What do you think?

I'm sort of over it now. It was great in Tropic Thunder, but after the MTV awards I just got bored of Les Grossman

I think what made Les Grossman so funny in Tropic Thunder was the unexpected nature of it and Tom Cruise. I think they need to let a good thing be a good thing even if it was a small roll. Stop trying to cash in on little bits of good, just let it be.

Les Grossman is funny in small doses, but I think a feature film would be as terrible as some of the feature films that get made out of SNL skits. I would not watch it.

funny character but its too much to watch for the length of an entire movie.

EW I didn't like that character, and I hated that movie. No thanks.
