Juno is a film for underdogs, which is perhaps why it's so beloved. You have an unlikely heroine — a pregnant high-schooler with a sharp tongue — paired with an even more unusual screenwriter by Hollywood standards (a female former stripper with the pen name Diablo Cody). Under the direction of Jason Reitman, Juno is a sweet tale about growing up with a wicked sense of humor at its core. Thanks to it, you probably now know words like "homeskillet."
