From Breaking Bad to breaking open the blacklisting of Hollywood screenwriters in the 1940s! Bryan Cranston plays Dalton Trumbo, one of the famous writers whose career met a standstill when he was shunned by the filmmaking community for being a Communist. The first trailer for the movie, also starring Diane Lane [1], Louis C.K., Elle Fanning, Helen Mirren [2], and John Goodman, showcases Cranston like we've never seen him before. It's refreshing to see him sinking his teeth into a great role, and the Nov. 6 release date puts this movie in a good spot for potential award season recognition. Check out the trailer, and stay tuned!
