After last week's nightmare of a premiere [1], it was kind of nice to be able to breathe during an episode of The Walking Dead [2]. Unfortunately, we don't get to see any of the aftermath from the major deaths, but perhaps that's a good thing . . . for our precious psyches. "The Well" takes us to The Kingdom, one of the biggest settlements we've seen on the show [3]. We also get to meet a highly anticipated character and his terrifying (but cuddly) best friend. Until we get to head back to Rick and the Saviors next week, let's review all our emotional responses to episode two.
When That Walker's Face Gets Cut Off
When You See How Civilized the Kingdom Is
With Goats and a School and Sh*t
When Morgan Says, "He's Called King Ezekiel"
And We Meet the Man Himself . . . Plus His Tiger Shiva
When Ezekiel's Talking to Shiva Like She's a Person
When You Realize Carol Is Playing Dumb
When They Herd the Pigs in to Eat the Dead
When You Can't Really Decide If You Like Ezekiel
But You Love Shiva and Want One of Your Own
When They're Casually Singing Bob Dylan a cappella
When We're Halfway Through the Episode and We Haven't Seen Rick and the Saviors
When Morgan Starts Training With That Guy
When Ezekiel Catches Carol Before She Leaves
When Ezekiel Drops the Act With Carol
When Carol Exiles Herself
When It Ends And You're Not Sure If We're About to Get Carzekiel
Seriously though . . . is that a thing?
