I have a feeling I know the answer to this one, but I had to ask anyway! Which of these animated movies do you think is the best of 2008?

I loved WALL-E! It was so adorable and it presented the whole issue of global warming in a way that both little kids and ignorant adults could understand. I don't think its really fair to put Despereaux up against all these other contenders since it hasn't even come out yet. It looks like a really cute movie and I think I would enjoy it also.

this was a great year for animated features!! Walle-E was my vote but i JUST watched 'Horton Hears a Who' and simply adored it! 'Madagascar 2' was also delightful, I can't wait to see Bolt in 3d, haven't gotten around to it since I'm "new in town" and have no friends... don't want to go alone. hehe

I watched "Wall-E" for the first time the other night. It was so cute! And to think all the hype almost kept me away entirely. I loved it.

i liked madagascar 2 the best out of all of them, but i think that if had seen horton - then maybe it would have topped the chart for me.

Out of these I've only yet seen Wall-E and Bolt, both of which were very good, but I voted for Wall-E. I am so dying to see Madagascar 2, though! They're all either in my Netflix queue, or saved for when they are released. :) I love Disney movies.

You know, I spent the whole year convinced the Horton Hears a Who was wrongly titled, remembering it as the story of an elephant who hatches an egg. I didn't realize that there were two Horton books. Wish I'd known, since I spent most of the movie confused.
