If Eminem's recent freestyle [1] and SNL performances [2] had you crossing your fingers for a new album, then get excited, because the rapper is dropping new music very soon. On Tuesday, it was announced that Revival will be released on Dec. 15 [3].

The news isn't a huge surprise to eagle-eyed fans who have been following the cryptic campaign for a fake drug called Revival over the past few weeks. Back in October, Eminem's manager posted a picture of a CD with an ad in the background [5] for something called "Revival," and soon fans found a Revival website [6] with more than a few Eminem-related clues that hinted at new music. The site described the fake drug as "music to your ears," and in a disclaimer at the very bottom of the site, there's a clever shout out to "I Need a Doctor."
