Jordan Rodgers made quite the first impression on the season premiere of The Bachelorette [1], and he's continued to be a frontrunner among the guys vying for JoJo's heart [2]. Between his charming personality, his good looks, and his ridiculously great hair, Jordan quickly won over both JoJo and fans — and at different points, he reminded us an awful lot of last season's winner, Shawn Booth [3]. Check out where you can follow the guys on social media [4] and what we hope to see on the hometown dates [5], and keep reading for reasons Jordan is totally the new Shawn B.
He has incredible hair.
Right?!
No, but really — such good hair.
Kaitlyn Bristowe even joked about it on Twitter [6], saying, "Jordan, second best hair in Bachelorette history."
He's a family man.
Jordan has two older brothers, Luke and Aaron — yes, as in Aaron Rodgers, the quarterback of the Green Bay Packers. Although he revealed on the show that he isn't close with Aaron [7], he said that he's really close to Luke and his parents.
He's an athlete.
Jordan attended Vanderbilt University, where he played football — quarterback, of course [8]. In other words: he can totally handle the pressure and competition that comes with the territory on The Bachelorette [9].
He looks really, really good shirtless.
Just saying.
He's got a playful side.
Jordan recently posted a picture of himself holding up a small shark, joking, "At least one of us was ready for the picture . . . still not sure who though #besties."
His suit game is seriously strong.
Oh hey.
He's into fitness.
Like Shawn B., a personal trainer, Jordan is clearly into fitness . . . with the body to show it.
He would look good in literally anything.
Remember when Shawn managed to pull off that sumo wrestling outfit [10]? Yeah, we have a feeling Jordan could, too.
He makes a great first impression.
Jordan's first night at the Bachelorette [11] mansion was ridiculously similar to Shawn B.'s first night [12] — both guys received the first impression rose and a kiss. But will Jordan, like Shawn, also get the last rose?! We'll see . . .
