No doubt Aduba would be amazing in this role. She is already familiar with the Oz universe after playing Glinda the Good in NBC's The Wiz Live! in 2015.

Michele would make an amazing Wicked Witch. Not only did she nail the high note in "Defying Gravity" on Glee, but Idina Menzel, the original Elphaba, played her mom on the hit show.

The former Hamilton star would certainly blow this role out of the water with her outstanding voice.

After killing it in Les Misérables, we have no doubt that Barks would bring that same emotion to the beloved green witch.
