Chris Rock's SNL Monologue Is Making People Very Upset
Chris Rock hosted Saturday Night Live this past Saturday, and he used his opening monologue as a time to share a mini stand-up set. While some of his jokes had the audience cracking up, others left them squirming in their seats. Chris began to make jokes about the Boston Marathon bombings and 9/11, and viewers on social media started heating things up. Rock stated, "26 miles, you've been training for a year, you finally get to the finish line and somebody yells 'run.'" Rock also found time to address the nation's Taylor Swift-induced vertigo in a hilarious digital short. Rock was a cast member on the popular sketch comedy show from 1990 to 1993.
