In the ongoing debate over the cutest Star Wars [1] creature, Daisy Ridley is right. During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show [2], the star of the forthcoming Rise of Skywalker [3] installment was asked to choose between the squeaky puffin-like Porg [4] first introduced in The Last Jedi and the ubiquitous breakout star of The Mandalorian [5]: Baby Yoda. Without hesitation, Ridley chose the latter.

"Look, I'm not a big fan of the Porgs," she told host Jimmy Fallon [6]. Ridley elaborated, "We worked for six months on The Last Jedi, and in every interview: 'What about the Porgs?'" She added, "The Porgs were there for a day! I was there every day for six months. We worked hard."
