When ABC decides to put on a musical event, they go all out! On Thursday, April 16, the network premiered a magical hour-long special, The Disney Family Singalong [1], which featured some big-name celebrities singing iconic Disney tunes [2]. Stars like Christina Aguilera [3], Ariana Grande [4], Demi Lovato [5], Alan Menken, Amber Riley, Josh Groban, Darren Criss, Tori Kelly, and Luke Evans gave stellar performances of everyone's favorite tunes from films like Beauty and the Beast [6], Moana, The Little Mermaid, Frozen, and more. And since it was a sing-along, fans were able to belt along with the ubertalented celebrities.
The special also featured some surprises, like Beyoncé's soulful rendition of "When You Wish Upon a Star" [7] and the mighty mash-up of the casts from High School Musical [8], Descendants, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, and Zombies pulling off a rousing performance of "We're All in This Together."
