John Green's bestselling YA novel [1] Looking For Alaska [2] has gotten the onscreen adaptation treatment courtesy of Hulu, which has turned the heartfelt coming-of-age story into an eight-episode limited series. The first trailer introduces us to Miles "Pudge" Halter (Charlie Plummer) [3] and his obsession with last words ("I go to seek a great perhaps"), as he enrolls in a rural boarding school.

While there, he ends up making new, meaningful friendships with a group of guys, as well as falling in love with the titular Alaska (Sierra Burgess Is a Loser star Kristine Froseth). Unfortunately, Miles also encounters profound tragedy, forcing him and his friends to grow up in ways they weren't expecting to.
