Olivia Rodrigo [1] and Joshua Bassett have been making us swoon with their beautiful voices [2] on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series [3], and their latest cover is giving Gabriella and Troy a run for their money. On Dec. 13, Disney shared a video of the costars performing the hit High School Musical [4] song "Start of Something New [5]." Unlike the original, Rodrigo and Bassett's cover is completely stripped down with just a few instruments backing them up. While the pair's onscreen chemistry is undeniable, it's their incredible vocals that are really giving us chills. In fact, I might go as far as saying it's better than the original [6].
