One Direction made fans extremely emotional during Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve on Thursday night. Not only did the boys look and sound practically perfect in their pretaped performance, but this was also their last TV appearance together before their hiatus. The boys officially announced they were going on a break in August 2015 when Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson broke their silence on Twitter. Tomlinson told fans, "Your support is truly indescribable!
