After much anticipation, "Marry Me [1]" is finally out in theaters, and the queens of "RuPaul's Drag Race [2]" are celebrating the only way they know how: with a performance of Jennifer Lopez and Maluma's "Marry Me" song [3]. Following Lopez's appearance on the show [4], Alexis Mateo and Manila Luzon teamed up for a glamorous lip-sync performance of the movie's titular track for a special commercial.
"Looking pure with @manilaluzon in our bridal best to lip sync for #MarryMeMovie!" Mateo captioned the commercial [5] on Instagram. "I'm on a hunt to snatch the groom away from @miss_alexis_mateo," Luzon wrote [6]. "We're lip syncing all the way down the aisle for #MarryMeMovie! We're decked out in our bridal best to lip sync for #MarryMeMovie! Sashay to your seat and get ready to say yes for the rest of your life! 💍 🎵 💕."
"Marry Me" follows Kat Valdez (Lopez) [7] as she prepares to marry fellow superstar Bastian (Maluma) in front of a live audience during one of their shows. There's just one problem: Bastian has been cheating on Kat throughout their relationship. So what does Kat do? She marries a random concert attendee (Owen Wilson [8]) instead. "Marry Me" is out in theaters now and available to stream on Peacock [9].
