11 Reasons Wells Adams Should Definitely Be the Next Bachelor
As we near the end of Bachelor in Paradise's fourth season, buzz about who might become the next Bachelor is picking up — and a whole lot of people are rooting for Wells Adams. The radio DJ first won over fans during Jojo's season of The Bachelorette, and he also appeared on the last season of Bachelor in Paradise. In other words, he's obviously comfortable in the Bachelor world, he's adored by Bachelor Nation, and he would understand what he'd be getting into if he were to become the Bachelor. Of course, if you're tuning in to the current season of BIP, you'll understand why we really, really hope he's dating Danielle M. in real life. (That kiss!) However, it's possible that they're not together, so if they're still just friends, he'd be the perfect Bachelor candidate. Check out 11 reasons we're totally Team Wells, then see more possible Bachelor candidates for the upcoming season.
He doesn't take himself too seriously.
If you couldn't tell from his puppet-filled narrations of the BIP drama, Wells has a hilarious sense of humor, and it would be refreshing to have such a fun guy lead a season of The Bachelor.
He's thoughtful, he's witty, and he gives great advice.
Bartending is more about talking to people than serving drinks, right? Wells took over the bartending duties for Jorge for BIP season four, and while standing behind the bar, he's been sweet (those talks with Danielle!) and helpful (listening to Kristina!) and laugh-out-loud funny (telling Jasmine "You're terrifying!").
He's a dog person.
Repeat: a really cute dog person.
HOW CUTE IS THIS?
Oh, and here he is with a guitar.
Double whammy: a guitar AND a dog.
It's honestly too much.
EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT KISS WITH DANIELLE.
Wait, but seriously, how sweet was that kiss? Wells and Danielle both live in Nashville and they've been friends for years, which made it even better to see him surprise her with a kiss as she left BIP early. THAT is the kind of romantic lead The Bachelor needs.
He can really rock a Hawaiian shirt.
Here for it.
Ditto a baseball uniform.
Bonus points for the A+ Sandlot reference.
His drunk Snapchats are iconic.
If you don't follow him on Snapchat, you should.
And he's just so damn cute.
Right?! #TeamWells for sure.
