Bachelor in Paradise: This Is Where Each Couple Ended Their Time in Paradise

Sep 17 2019 - 6:15pm

All good (and dramatic) things must come to an end, and it's reached that point for Bachelor in Paradise [1] season six. Regardless of how a couple's relationship went all season, the pressure of leaving Mexico [2] adds a major dose of reality that not every pair can survive. The singles only date each other for less than a month [3] before they must decide if they're ready for marriage, but, hey, that's the premise of the show.

There are a bunch of couples who are together during the final episodes, but one by one, some get engaged and others break up. No matter which way each duo went, no two situations were the same — but they all had their own dramatic ending that you can only expect from this franchise. Here's each couple's status when they left Paradise.

Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour

Hannah and Dylan said "I love you" to each other during their one-on-one date and got engaged on the season finale.

Nicole Lopez-Alvar and Clay Harbor

Nicole admitted to being in love with Clay, but not to him, because she was waiting for him to say it first. After he admitted in the season finale that he didn't love her yet, she broke up with him.

Demi Burnett and Kristian Haggerty

These two have had their fair share of struggles, but Demi and Kristian want to make it work outside of Paradise. Demi got down on one knee and proposed to Kristian, and she said yes.

Tayshia Adams and John Paul Jones

JPJ told Tayshia that he was in love with her, but it was clear by her reaction that she didn't feel the same way. With tears in her eyes, Tayshia said that she wasn't there yet and then began saying that JPJ didn't even know what he wanted in a partner. The couple broke up and immediately left Mexico separately.

Katie Morton and Chris Bukowski

Things are rocky for Katie and Chris as they discussed what life after Paradise looks like. However, they have both admitted to wanting to make it work, and when Chris proposed, Katie said yes.

Caelynn Miller-Keyes and Dean Unglert

Dean returned to Paradise to ask Caelynn to leave with him to try to make things work — after he broke up with her on her birthday. She decided to end the relationship she was building with Connor Saeli [4] and leave with Dean, whom she is still with [5].

Angela Amezcua and Chase McNary

Chase gave Angela his rose during the final rose ceremony, but then he told Angela the next day that it just wasn't there for him. The two left Paradise separately.

Bri Barnes and Matt Donald

Bri accepted Matt's rose during the final rose ceremony, but the following day, she told him that she didn't see a future with him. Goodbye, Paradise!

Whitney Fransway and Connor Saeli

It was the relationship that we only knew about for two minutes and, yet, it seems like it has hope? Connor connected with Whitney at Krystal and Chris Randone's wedding [6] and he was waiting for her to show up in Paradise. But when she didn't come, Connor decided to leave . . . only for Whitney to arrive 25 minutes later. So Whitney went to Connor's hotel and the two talked and kissed.
