A new mashup has arrived that will likely conjure up some moody fall feelings. During a recent Live Lounge performance, British singer-songwriter Yungblud slipped into quite the unexpected cover — as is customary for appearances on the BBC Radio 1 segment [1] — that managed to seamlessly blend Taylor Swift [2]'s "Cardigan," the lead single off her recent surprise album Folklore [3], and Avril Lavigne [4]'s "I'm With You," off her 2002 debut album Let Go. It's an emo masterpiece, and hearing the line "When you are young, they assume you know nothing" lead into "Isn't anyone trying to find me? / Won't somebody come take me home?" will likely sustain us through the winter.
