It's go time in the 15th episode of 9 Months With Courteney Cox [3]. Both Paula, a 50-year-old woman pregnant with twins, and Alicia, a mother struggling with the reality of her ninth pregnancy, go into labor. At only 31 weeks, Paula's water breaks. She rushes to the hospital and heads into a C-section. "To be 50, to be single, part of [me] feels like, 'What was I thinking, doing this and doing it by myself?'" Paula says.

Back in Louisiana, Alicia goes into labor, and a mere two hours later, Benjamin is born. Alicia moves on from acceptance to happiness. Meanwhile, Brandi and Lawerence, gay best friends expecting a baby, prepare for parenthood. With Lawerence's drinking under control, they attend a birthing class together, but things get awkward when they're put in some intimate situations.
