Bircher Muesli


  1. Base
    30g oatmeal/Rolled oats
    6 tbsp milk
    5 tbsp apple juice or apple and mango juice
    2 tbsp thick vanilla yogurt
    Quarter apple, cored and grated
    1 tsp honey (drizzle over at end)
  1. Mix-Ins (choose!)
    Handful mixed berries
    1 tbsp raisins plus 1 tsp pumpkin seeds or chopped nuts
    1 ring tinned pineapple plus 1 tsp coconut
    1 to 2 tbsp fruit compote


Stir the oats and milk together and leave to stand for 15 minutes (or overnight) in the fridge. Stir in grated apple and any mix-ins. Drizzle with honey to serve
