Father Files Restraining Order Against a 9-Year-Old Bully

Mar 24 2014 - 11:06am

As more children become victims of bullying, parents are constantly searching for ways to put an end to the torment [1]. A California father has decided that legal action is the best, and possibly only, way to keep his son safe from an alleged school bully. After learning that his son had been physically and verbally abused by a 9-year-old classmate, Stephen Feudner submitted several complaints to the administrators at Rolling Hills Elementary School in Fairfield, but when they failed to take any action, he felt his only option was filing a restraining order against the bully.

"I am trying to protect the children from future attacks by this young man," Feudner told Fox News. His efforts, while noble, may be more complicated than he thinks. Since the school is refusing to give Feudner the alleged bully's last name and address, he has been unable to serve the child with the papers. If he does not do so within a few days, the order will be dropped.

To get the school's side of the story, read the full article on The Huffington Post [2].
