Earlier this year, the Dover, DE, Police Department released the hilarious "Shake It Off" dashcam video, and now they're back with another video that has a more moving message. According to the Dover Police website, the entire department is banding together to help 13-year-old Victoria Marsh, who has Down syndrome and was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma, meet her favorite singer Taylor Swift.
The Dover Police Department had received tickets for Taylor's June concert and gifted them to Victoria, but because of her chemotherapy treatments, she cannot see Taylor perform. In an effort to overcome the obstacle, the police department and Victoria's mom came up with the idea to produce a touching video featuring Victoria in hopes that it will go viral and catch Taylor Swift's attention. The result is an emotional photo montage that shows Victoria and her fierce journey. Taylor Swift, are you listening?
