Braylon Beam, the Carolina Panthers' biggest young fan, has been battling brain cancer for the last year — but that hasn't stopped him from dancing through the tough times [1] and going to all of the Panthers' home games this football season. With Super Bowl 50 — featuring the Panthers and the Denver Broncos — just a few days away, Ellen DeGeneres [2] invited the spirited boy back on her show to give him yet another deserving surprise.
Braylon loves the Panthers so much that when Ellen asked him how he's doing, his response was not of his health, but "I think this is a Panthers year." Though Braylon is doing well — his mother Meredith says his scans have been all good and the doctors are optimistic — it's clear that his main focus is on being the biggest Panthers fan in the world. So Ellen acted accordingly, as usual.
