A Documentary About Foster Care Is Coming to HBO, and the Trailer Alone Will Make You Cry

"I didn't know that I could actually be loved again, or ever," says a child in the heartbreaking trailer for a forthcoming documentary shedding light on foster care. Directed by Oscar-winning documentary filmmakers Deborah Oppenheimer and Mark Jonathan Harris, Foster features the perspectives of many different people with experience in the child welfare system, from social workers to foster parents and the children themselves.
