Disney's popular ride The Haunted Mansion might be turning 50 this month (it opened in August 1969), but with all of its whimsy and creepy decor, it's no wonder that the attraction is still a perennial favorite [2] for all guests, even at 50. There is rich history with Walt Disney himself [3], so Disney has done a spectacular job creating merchandise to celebrate the ride's big 5-0. And people are getting excited. Just spotted on @DisneySprings [4] Instagram account, Once Upon a Toy and World of Disney are selling commemorative plushies featuring five of your favorite ghouls. We imagine a frenzy will soon develop for these!
