The mom of 1-1/2-year-old Silas [3] took to Instagram to post a photo of an empty plate and espresso mug [4] — inside her running shower.

"Yes. I eat in the shower. I admit it," she wrote. "Chicken apple sausage and espresso. Try it. I dare you. #ShowerEats." Though some of her followers seem to be confused about her post, asking why she would ever do such a thing, all of the moms out there know that life way too well to question her tactics.
