"You don't enjoy it at all," Jessica Biel said to E! News [1] on the subject of dining out with her 10-month-old [2], Silas. "Since he's so little still, and I'm still kind of learning how I do it in a very smooth and, like, elegant way, it's terrifying." If you just released a breath you didn't even know you were holding in, we're with you — it's always nice to hear something relatable from someone in Hollywood's bright spotlight.

Because Biel feels so strongly discouraged by the anxiety dining out with a child brings, she's doing something about it that other moms can benefit from — well, if they live in LA. Au Fudge, Biel's new kid-friendly eatery opening to the public on March 4, is an idea she started talking about with her mom friends before she had Silas [3]. But now that she's experienced what restaurants are like for families first-hand, she kicked the project into high-gear.

Au Fudge will feature [4] a marketplace, two dining areas, and a creative space for kids to play and explore with kid-friendly toys and foods — all with au pairs on site. "We just want you to feel stress-free about [dining out] and know that they're playing with things that are safe, that we don't use chemicals here, that there's not just a bunch of plastic everywhere, and we've really tried to think very thoughtfully about your family because it's our family, too," Biel said.
