It's always fun to see which kids in the neighborhood have the most creative and original Halloween costumes [1], but for this mother of twins, it's no competition, as her girls Emma and Mila have been winning Halloween [2] since they started dressing up weeks ago. Katie Stauffer [3] has taken her love for pop culture and Halloween to a new level with her almost-2-year-old girls, who were actually born on Oct. 31.

From Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump [4] (complete with fake tan) to Barb and Eleven from Stranger Things [5], this mom of five has the costume game locked down. Interestingly enough, Katie said she's not sure what her girls will be wearing for the upcoming holiday [6], but with so much creativity and experience with dress-up, we're not too concerned.
