If you can believe it, Luna Simone Stephens is already a year old! Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's daughter [2] has been stealing our hearts for the last 12 months, and now her birthday cake, decorated by her famous parents, is further making us melt on the spot. In a photo posted to Instagram of the two-tiered pink cake [3], John announced, "We decorated it ourselves."

In a post to her own account, Chrissy gushed about her little 1-year-old [4]. "Happy first birthday Lu!!!! My lovebug," she wrote. "You are all the best parts of the both of us and I cannot believe how much has happened in your first 12 months of life. We love you to the luna and back."
