Marshmallow Cream

  1. 2 packets unflavored gelatin
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup pure maple syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup Earth Balance
    2 tablespoon brown sugar


Heat water on medium heat until hot. Add the unflavored gelatin mixture, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt into the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat with the whisk attachment until marshmallow creme forms, about 10-12 minutes.

In a separate bowl using the stand mixer, beat the Earth Balance and brown sugar at medium speed until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

Combine the creamed sugar and gelatin mixture. Beat about 3 minutes at medium speed. Place marshmallow creme in storage container.
