Instead of missing out on any fun during a family Winter trip, complete with snowshoeing, Simone Coker-Kamna did both with minimal disruption [3] to her day. Without even leaving the trail or removing cumbersome snowshoes, this dedicated mama simply took a seat in the snow, adjusted her jacket, and nursed her son.

Her husband, Kasey Kamna, shared the impressive photo [4] on Instagram of the Portland mom grinning while breastfeeding Austin in the midst of their adventure.

"Straight breastfeedin' in the snow like a boss. ❄️👶🏽," he captioned the sweet snapshot.

Not everyone is comfortable breastfeeding in public – let alone outdoors in the middle of Winter – but Simone's badass photo is a great reminder to other moms to go for it whenever and wherever you want!
