In honor of Neonatal Nurses Day on Sept. 15, Kleenex proved they have a superior business model when they released this touching video [1] that will have you grabbing for a box of their tissues within the first 30 seconds (genius) — but all jokes aside, the video is absolutely incredible.

Renee, a NICU nurse who cares for babies in critical condition, has always treated her little patients exactly how she would want her babies to be treated — with love and care. She keeps in touch with families she's helped, "It's so rewarding to see how they're progressing — babies that you never thought would even make it out of here — and just knowing you had a part of that is just a wonderful feeling."

Kleenex sat Renee down to watch a video compilation of parents thanking her for what she did for them while their baby was in the NICU. The sweet comments bring Renee to tears, and what happens as the video cuts out is just too much for her to handle without breaking down. "I don't do what I do for any kind of 'thank you,' but it's a wonderful feeling to be appreciated."
