When mother Carol Witt realized her 4-year-old son Branden would be spending Halloween [1] this year recovering from brain surgery instead of out trick-or-treating, she decided to bring Halloween early. She and neighbors all over town hosted Halloween two weeks early, giving Branden a chance to collect all the candy he wanted.
