A Spanish-language Mother's Day [1] commercial by Nestlé has gotten everyone talking with its touching take on motherhood in its many forms.

At the start of the commercial, a couple are seen discussing the sex of their child, as they are then shown experiencing the many milestones of expecting. However, after a certain point, it becomes clear that the couple are preparing for an adoption — as the mother's belly isn't changing. After all of the paperwork and bedroom preparations, the couple are finally joined by their son in a moment that could make anyone tear up. The commercial's last line translates to, "Being a mother is something that grows in the heart."
