After Nicky Hilton gave birth to her second daughter, Teddy, on Dec. 20 [2], she and her husband, James Rothschild, decided to keep their new bundle of joy out of the spotlight — until now. The proud parent posted their very first mommy-daughter photo to Instagram [3], and it was as gorgeous as to be expected.

Despite being a busy mama of two, it seems like Nicky has no plans to slow down, especially during New York Fashion Week. She captioned the photo: "Kisses + cuddles before out the door to catch the @oscardelarenta show."
