Proving himself an avid supporter of breastfeeding, Pope Francis has yet again showed his support [1] for breastfeeding mothers, urging them to feed their fussy children without fear of judgment. "If they start performing a concert (by crying), or if they are uncomfortable or too warm or don't feel at ease or are hungry . . . breastfeed them. Don't be afraid — feed them, because this too is the language of love," the pope said at a baptism ceremony [2] recently held in the Sistine Chapel. This invitation to breastfeeding moms adds to the pope's long list of controversial moves during his papacy and is a welcome change within the Catholic Church. How do you feel about the pope's move to destigmatize breastfeeding?
