  1. 40 won ton wrappers
    1 lb ground pork
    1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tsps green onions, minced
    4 tsps soy sauce
    1 tbs sesame oil
    1 cup napa cabbage, shredded, finely


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Place 2 heaping teaspoons of pork filling onto each won ton wrapper.
  3. Moisten edges with water and seal.
  4. Steam dumplings 5-6 minutes- until no longer pink inside.
