The Australian fitness trainer whose baby bump went viral when she posted a photo of herself and her friend showing off their drastically different baby bumps — even though their pregnancies were only four weeks apart — is back to show off how healthy both babies are.
Chontel Duncan and her friend Nat re-created the photo seen 'round the world, only this time they can be seen holding their adorable babies in their arms.
"Had a lovely surprise visit from Nat & baby Charlie," Duncan wrote on Instagram. "Omg his baby blue eyes are so beautiful. Wish I could have cuddled & kissed him but I'm not 100% well yet (hence my rank face). Two healthy incredible pregnancies & now two healthy baby boys."
Duncan was on the receiving end of a significant amount of criticism throughout her pregnancy, as critics questioned her intense HIIT exercise routine and seemingly small belly. The 6'1" fitness instructor was undeterred, writing at the time, "Yes, I understand that this may shock others . . . And it's because my lifestyle and body's condition coming into my pregnancy was not like theirs and that is the honest truth. My body isn't a p*ssy . . . [it] is so used to my constant hard work that it can handle high stress environments like what brushing your teeth may be for someone else. My message would be that I would love anyone considering to conceive, to get themselves in a healthy routine beforehand, to help give them the opportunity to be allowed to continue being physically strong and active throughout their journey."
Since baby Miah's birth 11 weeks ago, Duncan has posted a series of photos showing off the almost immediate return of her six-pack abs and little Miah's growth. Read on for a peek into their lives.
