An expecting Alberta, Canada, couple got the surprise of a lifetime when they went in for an ultrasound and heard the doctor say as she pointed to the screen, "Here's baby one . . . and baby two and three and four." But that's not even the most shocking part — Tim and Bethani Webb conceived their identical quadruplet girls [1] naturally, which their nurse said was a one in 67 million chance.

The couple has no history of multiples through natural conception [2] in either of their families and was extremely surprised by the announcement. Webb told CBC News, "I could not believe it, I was in such shock. Honestly, I thought the ultrasound tech was joking." Webb is receiving constant care at Edmonton's Royal Alexandra Hospital until the girls — Abigail, McKayla, Grace, and Emily — arrive, which should be sometime later this month or early in May.
