At only 2 weeks old, Kaleb (aka Baby Bun!) is already one loved little boy.

Dana Griffin-Graves first captured our hearts when she shared a heartwarming video of her husband learning that she was pregnant [1] after 17 years of trying, four miscarriages, and a stillborn birth. Unfortunately, just weeks later, Griffin-Graves went into labor at six months [2] and welcomed Kaleb Arkell Graves at 24 weeks.

Baby Kaleb is currently being cared for in the NICU where he remains in an incubator, and according to the family's Facebook [3] page, he is growing stronger every day. Griffin-Graves sings to him daily and posted one of the intimate moments with her son in honor of his second-week birthday. Warning: get a tissue ready for this sweet moment!
