Get 10-year-old you excited — the official trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog is out (a new one, after some debate over his seriously weird teeth [1] in the previous version), and we're getting nostalgia pangs for one of the best video games of our childhoods. The live-action film takes the superfast Sonic we all know and love (with Ben Schwartz's voice and some seriously weird teeth [2]) on a new adventure, a mission to be thwart the evil plans of the famous Dr. "Eggman" Robotnik (Jim Carrey [3]) along with his new human friend, Tom (James Marsden). We can't wait to introduce our kids to our favorite blue hedgehog!
