When a young boy had his bicycle stolen, a stranger came to the rescue with a random act of kindness that will warm your heart and restore your faith in humanity.
Jae Felton was scrolling through the internet one day when he came across a stranger's post about how their son's bike was stolen, so he decided to do something about it and bought the boy a replacement. "Can't have Raymond, my new little buddy, without his bike for Spring break," he explained to journalist Frank Somerville, who shared Jae's story on his official Facebook page [1]. "Everybody knows Spring break is for the fellas to cruise in style," Jae wrote.
When Jae arrived at Raymond's house, the young boy was sitting outside with a friend and was beyond surprised to see his generous gift — a brand-new ride, complete with orange trim and pegs! "Should have seen the excitement on their faces when he saw the bike I purchased (for him)," Jae wrote.
If you needed some reassurance that good people do exist in this world, this uplifting story should do the trick.
