Every teacher has their own unique way [1] of starting off the new school year, and for Mr. Dwayne Reed, that something is a rap. Instead of sending a "boring, old, 'Welcome Back' newsletter," the first-year teacher posted a video to YouTube called, "Welcome to the 4th Grade [2]," in which he raps and sings about all of the fun things his students are going to do in class this year. He may not have canceled homework for the year [3], but based off this adorable rap it seems like his class is going to be pretty amazing.
