Erick Watkins, a teacher with a kickass sense of humor [3] who works in the Irvington, NJ, school district, recently took the mother of before-and-after school photos [4], and frankly, he deserves an award. In a now-viral post he shared to Facebook on Sept. 4 [5], Erick shared a side-by-side photo [6] of what he felt like before his students actually stepped foot inside the classroom . . . and how he felt after.

He captioned his masterpiece, "8 a.m. outside my classroom waiting to meet my new students. I'm so excited. 3 p.m., I met them!" And we'd be remiss to acknowledge that it pretty much sums up every teacher on the planet's exact mood.
