It looks like Tina Fey [1] has a new project on her hands — dealing with the terrible threes. In an interview with Late Night host David Letterman [2], the mother of two talks about her youngest daughter, Penelope, who has presented the actress with several parenting challenges. Fey mentions potty-training troubles, temper tantrums, and, at one point, even refers to her 3-year-old as a bad seed — saying she uses the same tactics on Penelope that she used with Alec Baldwin [3].
