But recently, Gino took that concept to the next level by giving his adorable 1-year-old son Jaymari a quick intro into the fitness lifestyle by having him do a circuit — and lucky for us, he captured the workout on video [3].
The proud father posted [4] the clip to his Instagram account with the caption: "Ever seen a 1-year-old work?" he asked. "Press play – gotta start them early."
