Facebook can be a source of smiles and sorrow. Thankfully, today we've found another reason to smile and applaud dads everywhere for their dedication. Amy Palmer, a mother from York, PA, posted a photo [1] of her partner sleeping, rather uncomfortably, under their newborn's crib to Facebook.

But that's not even the most endearing part.

She posted the photo to demonstrate how dedicated of a father her partner, Andre, is. After working all night for his third shift, Andre just wanted to be near his son and was willing to sleep on the floor — despite his exhaustion — to do so. We agree, Amy, a nominee for father of the year indeed.
