For as gross as the concept is, the canned meal really does contain breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Obviously a scrambled egg and bacon layer sits on top followed by two mince meat pies, turkey and potatoes, gravy, bread sauce, cranberry sauce, Brussels sprouts or broccoli with stuffing, roast carrots and parsnips, and Christmas pudding.
