The news spread like wildfire on the night of May 9 — Kim Kardashian's surrogate went into labor [2] with Kim and Kanye West [3]'s fourth child! Now that their son [4] — whose birth was announced on May 10 [5] — is officially here [6], we're decidedly obsessed with his name [7]: Psalm West. The mom of four even broke her own naming tradition in giving him a middle name, too: Ye [8]. So cute!
The 38-year-old hinted about baby boy's name back in April [9]. "I was truthfully thinking about just naming him Rob [after] my brother Rob . . . and my brother approved it," she said. "So that's our one kind of name. I like Rob West, but I don't like Robert West."
Kim and Kanye are also parents to three other kiddos: North, 5, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 1. The couple shared the news of baby number four [11] back in January, also noting that he was due in May [12]. We're happy to see him here right on schedule and wish the best to the Kardashian-West family as they adjust to life as a party of six!
